Welcome to the Little Ealing Primary School website. We are so pleased that you are considering Little Ealing for your child and we hope that this website will give you an insight into the life of our school.
We have a commitment to open communication within our very strong school community and we are proud to welcome visitors. We have created a calm and purposeful learning environment where children feel cared for and valued. We have high standards and high expectations in all that we do and children enjoy their learning experiences.
Our aim is to nurture and develop our pupils as high achieving, confident, articulate young people whose primary education fully equips them to go onto secondary education.
We are ambitious for all our pupils and believe that our emphasis on high quality teaching and specialist teaching in physical education, modern foreign languages, art and music is a key feature of our success. We spend a great deal of time ensuring that as teachers we are well prepared and continuously learning and enhancing how we teach in order to extend our pupils. Throughout our curriculum, our pupils enjoy a wide range of enrichment activities which serve to enhance their depth of learning.
We believe it is the responsibility of everyone to maintain a safe, happy and hardworking school community.
Our driving principles are
Kindness - Being happy, compassionate and supportive.
Respect - Being courteous, understanding and tolerant.
Responsibility - For oneself, for each other and for the community.
Honesty - Being truthful, fair and humble.
Gratitude - Being grateful, gracious and mindful.
We believe that our strong and tangible ethos enables our children to become happy, confident and successful learners, equipping them with the necessary skills in preparation for an ever-changing world.
Little Ealing Primary School is underpinned by Values and our inclusive ethos embraces members of our school community where we are equally valued. We are committed to the service of young people and to help them play their full part in society.
We actively encourage parents and carers to become involved in their children’s learning and to join a thriving parents, teachers and friends association (PTFA).
Alongside our breakfast and after-school clubs we also offer a variety of activities, from extra sports to specialist clubs and music opportunities such as joining our choir or our orchestra, which serve to support families and the well-being of our pupils.
Please take the time to browse our website and contact us if you would like to find any more information about the school.
